Great question…the short answer is no.
Also, I have some good news for you. You absolutely CAN convert high numbers of enquiries into paying clients WITHOUT the hard sell. I have proven it in my own sales roles and have now been proving it EVERY DAY with the clients I work with for over 18 years now. In our initial session together we will create at least 3 projects designed to get
you an ROI as soon as possible, this could happen as quickly as within 1 week,
in other situations it can take between 30 and 60 days.

The goal of the program is to put the systems in place for you to double or
triple your sales revenue within 12 months if not sooner. We examine 7
leverage points in your sales process. Focusing on any one of these areas can
create a huge shift in results, often within weeks.

All the sessions we run are recorded, meaning you can use them to train new
team members as part of your on-boarding process long after the training
program has finished.

If one of your team is sick or can’t make a session, they can watch the video
to bring them up to speed.

Typically we will begin by optimising what you are already doing.
This is mostly focused on plugging the holes in your sales revenue bucket.
During this initial phase we also put your sales strategic plan together. This
will give you short, medium and long term revenue goals to shoot for.

The next part is building the systems, scripts, frameworks and processes
to take your sales results to the next level. We will map out your entire
system from initial client contact all the way through to paying client and
then look at how we can retain, re-sell and upsell each client you have the
opportunity to work with. During this phase we will also work on your offer to
ensure, coupled with the process we build for you, that you have the highest
likelihood of converting as many enquiries into actual paying clients.

This will involve but not be limited to the following…

Listening to recordings of sales calls to give each of your sales people
coaching. This is the fastest and most effective way of increasing your
results. Your sales team will be able to take the feedback and create
continuous improvement in their process and therefore their results with
expert coaching, guidance and continuous development.

Running regular sales training sessions with your team to introduce new
strategies and training that relates to real client scenarios. We will also adjust
approaches and strategies based on real life implementation and feedback
from the field. This ensures your system is constantly improving and evolving
to maximise your results every month.

Running regular sales meetings with your team to ensure they stay on track
and can learn from each other as well as from the actual training.

Monthly executive briefing sessions with you to ensure the whole process
is on track.
