One Simple Yet Powerful Way to Bring Your Presentations to Life
As you’ve probably noticed, every now and then I
like to give you one really simple idea you can
use when you are speaking to a client.
Today is one of those days…
One of the best ways to bring an idea to life is
to simply take one of the key outcomes your
client wants and simply say…
“what this looks like for you is and then insert
the picture of the outcome at the end of the
sentence”
As an example for an accountant…
With scheduled quarterly meetings we can better
plan and prepare for your end of year tax liability.
What this looks like for you is that instead of being
torpedoed by a huge tax bill at the end of the year,
you’ll be paying little or nothing because we would
have taken steps during the year to neutralise your
exposure.
Just pre-framing your sentence with “what this looks
like for you” gives a lot of power to what ever
follows on from it.
The trick of course is to explain a benefit in a way
that speaks directly to addressing your clients
biggest pain point.
The best way to implement this is to on your own or
with your team write some of these out for your
product or service.
